The District Dinner is an opportunity for a night of fellowship and great food as we acknowledge and thank our adult volunteers for the hard work and dedication that made this year incredibly successful. The Coastal Plains District’s outstanding leaders at the unit and district levels will also be recognized. All volunteers in the Coastal Plains District are invited. The Eagle Scout classes of 2020-2022 are also invited (If the Eagle Scout was not able to attend the July 2021 District Dinner).
This is a chance for district volunteers to get together and have some fun; there will be door prizes and great food. Each unit should bring door prizes, the more the better. The menu will be BBQ.
The cost for the dinner is $21.50 for the first person and $20 for each additional person who registers at the same time payable online with a credit card or electronic check. There is no onsite registration. The charge for the class of 2021-22 Eagle Scouts is $15. All 2022 Eagle Scouts must have official recognition back from the National BSA offices to be recognized at this event. There is no onsite registration. Registration closes 3/29/22. Nominate Scouters who have served Coastal Plains District youth above and beyond the call of duty. Nominate Scouters for the District Award of Merit, Family of the Year, Unit Service Award, Coastal Plains Award, or Certificate of Appreciation.
