District Dinner

The District Dinner is an opportunity for a night of fellowship and great food as we acknowledge and thank our adult volunteers for the hard work and dedication that made this year incredibly successful. The Coastal Plains District’s outstanding leaders at the unit and district levels will also be recognized.  All volunteers in the Coastal Plains District are invited. The current class Eagle Scouts is invited.

This is a chance for district volunteers to get together and have some fun; there will be door prizes and great food. Each unit should bring a door prize. The menu will be meatloaf, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, salad, rolls, and tea.


The cost for the dinner is $19.50 for the first per person and $18 for each additional person who registers at the same time payable online with a credit card or electronic check. There is no onsite registration. There is no charge for the class of 2019 Eagle Scouts, but they must register.

Late registration begins January 20, 2020; late registrants are not guaranteed food and need to pay online. Registration closes 1/22/20. Council refund policy.

Registration opens in December.
